Some reportage photographers ONLY take pictures as they happen which is great for
capturing off the cuff moments, but this on its own can lead to some important people at your wedding being missed from the photographs. The five sisters above had not been together for many years. Weddings are one of the few times family and close friends gather together so I always suggest some "softly posed" group shots, they need not be stiff and formal and the amount is entirely your decision. This is one of the subjects discussed at the Pre Wedding meeting a few weeks before the big day. Please do not under estimate the importance of a photographer who takes the time to organise these things with you, leaving it all until the wedding day does not work!
